PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE OF ONLINE BROADCASTING

1. Object

This policy regulates the access, viewing and use of the online retransmission made by the owner of the broadcast (hereinafter, the Issuer), through digital platforms of adult content.

Access to the retransmission implies the express, full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions set forth herein.

2. Express prohibition of recording and reproduction

It is strictly forbidden:

To record all or part of the retransmission, whether in video, audio or by means of screen captures.

Reproduce, copy, store, download or distribute the broadcast content.

Disseminate the content on social networks, websites, messaging platforms, forums or any other media, public or private.

Use technical tools, software or devices intended to capture or record the content.

This prohibition extends to any current or future media, regardless of their technological nature.

3. Image rights and intellectual property

The image, voice, interpretation, audiovisual content and any element shown during the retransmission are the exclusive property of the Broadcaster, being protected by:

The legislation on the right to one's own image.

Intellectual property regulations.

Personal data protection regulations.

The user does not acquire any right over the content by the mere fact of viewing the retransmission.

4. User's legal responsibility

Failure to comply with these conditions, especially the unauthorized recording, reproduction or dissemination of the content, may give rise to:

Civil liabilities, including financial claims for damages.

Criminal liability, when the facts fall within the criminal offenses provided for in the legislation in force.

Immediate legal action, including requests for removal of content, identification of the infringer and legal claims.

The Issuer reserves the right to take any legal action that may be appropriate, without prior notice.
