For example: questions about withdrawals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call an Admin:<\/strong>&nbsp;For urgent support requests related to the show. This means an Admin will enter the room and start a private chat with us to discuss our inquiry or problem.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>At the end of the chat and after clarifying my doubts, the Admin will notify us of a\u00a0<strong>Satisfaction Survey<\/strong>\u00a0that we must fill out regarding our experience during the private chat with them. The Survey will appear when the Admin finishes the chat. We fill it in and send it, so that it can be registered by the website. Doing so means we help to improve the service provided by the Support Team.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow
